SAP Business One 2005 has improved considerably, based on different requests from partners, clients and prospects. The new release has improved quality, ease of use and support. The new release contains:







• Improved Utility -- In SAP Business One 2005 the users can adapt the work environment according to their needs, changing the type of letter on the screen of the application. It provides online help, with detailed information on processes and procedures. It also has improvements in the installation of the tools which makes implementation and support easier.

• Improved Reports -- This section now includes new qualities such as periodical financial reports and information about customer statements. It includes a new inspection report that allows better supervision and revision of in-store transactions within the company. The XL Report has also been integrated into SAP Business One 2005 - providing better reports and financial analysis. The reports may be generated easily via interface to Microsoft Excel with Drag&Drop functions.

• Improved Support for International Commerce -- SAP Business One 2005 includes support in all languages. This is very useful if the company works with international partners. Besides, sales documents can be processed using a wide range of criteria. For example, delivery documents can be converted into invoices based on the document number, total, code, payment method and a range of other criteria.

• Bank Reconciliation -- All the processes of payment transactions such as: receipts, issuance of checks, receipt of checks, payments of credit cards, and reconciliation of the account can be managed with SAP Business One 2005.

• Improved SDK – Using the programming interface of API based on COM technology, partners or customers can utilize the standard configuration of the additional adjustments of SAP Business One. The API is provided to optimize the Software Development Kit (SDK).
