In 2003, TopManage de Panama, reached great strides in enhancing the country's labor force by providing and perfecting its tecnological knowledge. Most significant was preparing students to enter the workforce with the skills and managerial tools designed for the growth of PyMEs in Panama, with SAP Business One.

Together with the authorities of the USMA University, TopManage de Panama designed an intensivetraining program, structured so that in 12 hours maximum, the student achieves optimum level of knowledge of the application.
