The user must always feel protected and know that his work is not in danger the moment he leaves the computer. For this reason SAP® Business One provides the option so that you and your work are safe at all times; on the Main Task Bar there is an icon represented by a Lock when you “click”, it blocks the screen and can only be enabled with name of the user and his password. When you reenter the password, your work will appear intact, just as you left it.
